One of my favorite parts of the First Year Collective Membership is how customizable it can be.
While the standard First Year Collective is designed as an all–studio experience here in Springfield, Missouri, this family knew exactly what they wanted for their season — and we made it happen.
For maternity, we photographed outdoors, capturing a quiet, natural session that felt personal and true to them. For the sitter milestone, instead of a studio session, we chose a family mini-session to document connection and personality at that stage. And of course, we celebrated her first birthday as well.
This is always the goal: imagery that reflects your family, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
